This is a perfect getaway - a spring weekend in Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens are great fun this time of year. This is a large 1 bedroom suite that sleeps 4max , so it is large enough for a family. Condo style units feature Private balconys, full kitchen (stove, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, table service & cookware), washer / dryer, air cond & much more. Linens are provided. Amenities include: indoor & outdoor pools, hot tubs, get out & play activities program, game room& much more. Credit card is required at check - in for incidental charges. A 5.00/unit charge per day is the only extra fee and this covers games in the game room, miniature golf, and activities. Check - in time 4pm check - out time 10am. We used the time share last year and it was great fun. If you have any questions just let me know & I will be happy to answer them for you. The resort is in a great location and there is plenty to do in old town Williamsburg including great shopping and places to eat. Enjoy!! Guests must be 18 to check in.
