Check the Flight Availability at Southwest.com Rapid Rewards Reservation 2. Let me know the passenger's full name, departure airport, destination airport, date and time of travel, flight numbers, and your contact information including email address 3. I will then book the flight after payment has been received 4. I will email the buyer with Southwest Confirmation number 5. Once the flight has been booked, buyer/traveler will be able to make changes to the itinerary directly through Southwest Airlines.
