If Southwest does not offer service between your origin and destination, an unscheduled routing must be built on the most direct routes, utilizing the first available connecting flight(s). Arrival at your destination must be on the same day as your departure from origin.The green pass has five parts (2 flight coupons, 2 transfer passes and 1 passenger receipt), please do not separate the flights coupons or the passenger receipt, as this could result in your being denied boarding or having to purchase a full fare to travel. You will need to check-in at one of the following locations to receive a boarding pass: curbside; counter; or at the gate podium. Boarding takes place in three groups (A, B, and C), so early check-in is optimal.
