SOUTHWEST AIRLINES GREEN PASS FLIGHT VOUCHER Travel to be completed by 5-1-09 You are bidding on a Southwest Airlines (SWA) Round Trip Green, Must Ride Pass good for travel anywhere in the continental US. There are NO blackout dates and NO restrictions therefore you will face NO change fees should you change or cancel your reservation. This pass includes all taxes and airport security fees as well.This five-part pass consists of: • Outbound Flight Coupon • Outbound Transfer Pass (in case of connecting flight) • Return Flight Coupon • Return Transfer Pass (in case of connecting flight) • Passenger ReceiptRules: 1. The Pass is valid through 05/1/09 2. This voucher is a Must Ride pass, meaning you cannot be bumped from your scheduled flight. 3. Reservations must be made for travel on this pass. To make reservations, call Southwest at 1-800-I-FLY-SWA (1-800-435-9792) and tell the reservations Agent that you have a Must Ride Green Pass. Be sure to obtain the Confirmation Number for your reservation. 4. The Pass is valid only on Southwest Airlines-operated flights within the continental United States. It is only good for itineraries booked through SWA with all flights operated by SWA. It is not good for ATA flights. 5. The Pass is not valid unless Flight Coupon and Passenger Receipt are attached. 6. This type of non-revenue pass: • Must be presented at a Southwest Airlines Counter or Gate at the time of check-in. • Cannot be redeemed online or at an airport kiosk. 7. Even though you're flying on a pass, you cannot print your boarding pass out at home. The SWA agent must give it to you at the counter. Therefore, you need to get to the gate at least one hour prior to departure. Check with Reservations for exact check-in times and required security documents. 8.
