This E-Cert entitles up to two (2) passengers traveling together on the same flights and dates to purchase a reduced-rate roundtrip Coach Class for travel from Zone A to Select cities in the 48 contiguous United States or Canada.
Must be issued by 5/16/08
Travel must be completed by 5/28/08
A Saturday-night stay is required
Travel is NOT permitted on Sundays and March 20-21, 2008 & May 23-26, 2008.
Must be issued at least 7 days prior to departure or within 24 hours of making reservations, whichever is more restrictive.

** Fares shown are roundtrip per person in Coach Class and available at Northwest’s website. A ticket purchased through Northwest’s U.S. Reservation call centers will be $10USD higher than the advertised fare. A ticket purchased at a Northwest airport location in the U.S. or Canada will be $20USD/$24CAD higher than the advertised fare. All charges will be included in the fare quoted to you. Fares shown do not include Passenger Facility Charges of up to $18 roundtrip and a September 11th Security Fee of up to $10 roundtrip per person. In addition: For travel within 48 U.S.: Fares do not include U.S. segment taxes of up to $3.30 per segment flown. A segment is defined as one takeoff and landing. For travel from 48 U.S. to Canada: Fares do not include U.S. segment taxes of up to $3.30 per segment flown, U.S. immigration fee of $7, Air Travelers Security Charge of up to $24CAD and Canada airport improvement fee of up to $15CAD. Fares shown are available at Northwest’s website. You can also book with NWA by phone at 1-800-225-2525 for an additional $10 USD. Fares shown do not include Passenger Facility charges, a September 11th Security Fee, or segment taxes per flown segment. Additional/other fees apply to Canadian travel.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Reservations/Ticketing – Tickets must be issued at least 7 days prior to departure of within 24 hours of making reservations, whichever is more restrictive; however, tickets must be issued no later than 5/16/08. Reservations made on nwa.com must be ticketed at time of reservation. The number of seats available for use with this E-Cert is limited.
2. Minimum/Maximum Stay – A Saturday night stay is required. The maximum stay is 30 days after departure from origin or until 5/28/08, whichever occurs first.
3. Blackout Dates – Sundays and March 20,21, 2008 & May 23,26, 2008.
4. Itinerary – Travel must be roundtrip. For roundtrip travel in two travel periods, use half of each fare. One-way travel/stopovers/circle-trips/open jaws/waitlisting are not permitted. Same-day standby permitted.
5. Routing – Travel must begin and end in the following states: Alabama; Arkansas; Connecticut; District of Columbia; Georgia; Florida; Iowa; Illinois; Indiana; Kansas; Kentucky; Louisiana; Massachusetts; Maryland; Maine; Michigan; Minnesota; Missouri; Mississippi; North Carolina; North Dakota; Nebraska; New Hampshire; New Jersey; New York; Ohio; Oklahoma; Pennsylvania; Rhode Island; South Carolina; South Dakota; Tennessee; Texas; Virginia; Vermont; West Virginia; Wisconsin. All travel must be via the routes of Northwest in which Northwest publishes Coach Class fares.
6. Refund – Tickets are non-refundable.
7. Changes – Once ticketed, origin/destinations may not be changes. Flight/date changes prior or after departure are permitted, to the return portion of the ticket only, for a fee of $100USD, provided the new itinerary meets all of the provisions of this program including but not limited to booking class, min./max stay and travel date requirements.
8. Combinability – This E-Cert may not be combined with any other discount, promo fare also known as a web fare, infant/child fare, senior fare, certificate, E-Cert, coupon, ticket designator/reference code, bonus, upgrade (except WorldPerks® Elite card and Elite companion upgrades), WorldPerks® Air Travel Award, promotional offers/tickets or for group fares.
9. E-Cert - Limit two tickets per E-Cert. If purchasing more than one ticket, both passengers must be booked and ticketed at the same time in the same reservation. E-Cert will not be replaced and cannot be requested.
10. WorldPerks -WorldPerks miles will be awarded for travel.
11. Miscellaneous - Other conditions may apply. Offer is subject to change without notice. Northwest is the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.
