This is not a resort,hotel or condo, but a vacation rental. This is my place. I do the cleaning and preparation for every guests stay. If you'd rather not spend at 400.00 per night on a hotel and you are concerned about saving money, vacation rentals is for you!! This is a fully furnished apartment unit on the first floor of a 2 story complex (private home). It has a kitchen, bathroom, livingroom with sofabed and adjacent laundryroom. I offer many amenities you'd get in a hotel room (designer toiletries, Fresh Towels,Egyptian bed linens, aromatherapy, TV/In-Room Movies. Plus you get free things like: In Room High Speed Internet Hook Up, Purified Water, Full Kitchen, Champagne for Honeymooners, Use of Beach Gear, Washer/Dryer,Shell Leis, Aloha greeting basket filled with Maui Goodies. I created this place for high profile friends of mine who'd rather avoid other people and the press. For the rest of the year, I offer my availability to you, if you have EXCELLENT feedback.You have private parking, private entrance, private lanai, security and serenity. The room is nicer and cleaner than most 4 star hotel rooms, and everything is fresh. I travel to the US and abroad once a month and stay at 4 star hotels only. As such, I have styled this suite to match the quality and cleanliness of these hotels. You don't have maid service, however it IS available for an additional nightly charge of 25.00. If you want a quality and clean accomodation at half the cost, my accomodation cannot be beat, plain and simple. This property is nestled with 4 acres of tropical rainforest, with natural exotic gardens,wildlife and nice oceanviews of Maui's Northshore!! Our region offers travelers an unspoiled paradise of waterfalls, bamboo jungles, tropical rainforests and lush gardens similar to Hana, but without the 2 hour drive. But you still need a rental car, because, remember, we are not oceanfront, and you need directions to get to this private hideaway which I provide after confirmation of guest.The drive to our place is easily accessible with any vehicle. OUR LOCATION ENABLES THE TOURISTS TO EXPERIENCE MORE OF MAUI THAN MOST, AS WE ARE CENTRALLY LOCATED. WE ARE MINUTES FROM 2 OF HAWAII'S MOST FAMOUS RESTAURANTS: MAMAS' FISH HOUSE (5 MILES) AND HAILEMAILE GENERAL STORE (2 MILES) PHOTOS YOU SEE ARE OF MY PROPERTY. TWIN FALLS IS A 10 MINUTE DRIVE TOWARDS' HANA. Interested in moving to Maui? I will be listing and selling a portion of my property with a 1 bedroom house in August. THE FINE PRINT: $489.00 for 5 nights,6 days for 2 person accomodations. There are no other costs. Additional nights are $95.00 if available. I prefer Money Order, PayPal or Personal check. Once payment is made, you are confirmed. Flights and transportation are not included. A 1 Page Standard Rental Agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation. You must complete the agreement and provide valid credit card for my security, in the event the room is damaged or left in poor condition. Once we have received your RENTAL AGREEMENT, detailed directions, maps etc. will be sent to you. You will be given excellent directions, our phone numbers and maps to your apartment. There is no check in or check out, and you have the efficiency of driving directly to your apartment that is waiting for you, with key inside and lights on.Check in time is after 3:00PM. Check out time is 11:00am. Late check-out is often available, but please inquire first. This a NON-SMOKING UNIT, but Smokers may sit outside on Lanai to smoke). There is no refund on this auction. However, you can change your dates anytime within 365 days of original date provided you allow 8 week notice.
