Green fees for 6 included at Shipyard (27 holes) and Port Royal (54 holes) Golf Courses (there are cart fees), and tennis for 6 at Van de Meer Racquet Club! YOUR OWN PRIVATE POOL! (approx 12' x 20', max 4.5' deep). This is one of only 3 of its kind in Shipyard. All 3 units are on a private street, and each unit has its own pool. The cottage is two stories, and has three bedrooms, two of them master bedrooms. Each master bedroom has a king-size bed and Jacuzzi. The master bedroom on the first floor is spacious, with a king-size bed, a walk-in closet with laundry area (full-size washer and dryer) and large bathroom-two sinks, a sunken jacuzzi, and separate shower.The upstairs master bedroom is nearly identical, except no walk-in closet nor laundry area. The two closets there are plenty. The upstairs bathroom also has its own jacuzzi, separate shower, and one sink.The third bedroom , which is on the first floor, has two single beds, and a full bathroom, but sadly, no jacuzzi. There is a TV in each BR. The Carolina room has a big-screen TV, DVD, stereo, and fold-out couch. There is a full eat-in kitchen, that seats 6, plus 3 at the counter. All appliances, including the washer/dryer. All dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, provided, even a blender! Linens and towels too, and an initial supply of paper products. Here is the best part! The private pool is directly behind the unit, and a great place for breakfast. We also often cook dinner poolside on the gas grill. There are deck chairs and lounge chairs, and a small dining table. The pool is yours alone, a feature that is unique to these cottages. I know of no other timeshares on the island that have this. There is also a larger, "community" pool a short bike ride away. The beach: The beautiful, wide, Hilton Head beach is less than a mile away. Walk or ride bikes to the beach, or drive and park in your private parking space, which is 2 blocks from a very quiet section of beach. No pets! There are penalty fees for violation of occupancy limits, pet violations, etc. This unit typically rents is $1600 for the week. Photographs available upon request. No returns--it's a vacation.
