It is situated in a beautiful peaceful corner plot overlooking a lake with south west facing screened private pool. The sun is on the lawn all day and gets to the pool area by 10.30 in the morning and stays there until sunset. Past guests have commented: ' We had a great time and the villa and location is perfect. If you want to be only 20 minutes from Disney and all of the amenities with the added advantage of being set in the lovely gated community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club – a peaceful, relaxing retreat to come back to after a long day at the parks or shops, then this is the villa for you. Situated at the end of a quiet road overlooking Lake Joe, it has neighbours only to one side which means that you will be very private and not be overlooked. With its tree lined roads and the golf course meandering through it, Southern Dunes has that lovely 'country' feel to it, ideal if you want an early morning stroll or jog. At Southern Dunes you will not just be in a prime location for exploring Orlando and its many theme parks, but positioned on a 72 par championship golf course. If you are a keen golfer then what better place to be. With elevation changes up to 100 feet, (very rare in Orlando), this course has been voted one of the top 100 in the USA. When staying at Lake View Villa you will not only have the course on your doorstep but also have the use of the driving range and putting green. If you want a break from the parks and fancy participating in the many outdoor pursuits Florida has to offer, our villa is in the very fortunate position of being close to Winter Haven, known as The Chain of Lakes City, which touches or surrounds 41 lakes, 25 of which are connected by navigable canals. Ideal for boating, fishing and water-skiing. Walmart and other supermarkets are situated just outside the gate of Southern Dunes so you can buy provisions no matter what time you arrive for your holiday. Restaurants and fast food are also just outside the community and within walking distance. On your arrival, you will be able to go straight to the villa as the key will be in the key box next to the front door. You will have been supplied with the code before travelling.
