Beautiful privately owned Villa in Highlands Reserve Golfing & Pool Resort Only 10 minutes from Walt Disney World Our villa located on the number 7 green is fully equipped with everything required for a Wonderful Experience! Overlooking greenbelt preservation our villa offers the finest location, abundance of space, immaculate cleanliness, great scenic views, total privacy with sun on the pool patio all day. The Highlands Reserve 18 hole course is considered one of top fifty in the United States and comes complete with driving range and carts. Kids love the Tropical Resort Pool complex, a two minute drive or ten minute walk. The resort hosts lazy river, waterfall, water slide, jacuzzi, great sun decks and and a complete games room. The licensed restaurant bar offers lunch and dinner with live entertainment and happy hour. In addition to the private pool our guest may enjoy a full length lap pool and tennis court both within a 5 minute walk. An excellent nature trail is just 100 meters across the street with no other villas obstructing the villa front gorgeous sunset views. You will definitely want to take lots of photos. Please be sure to read the nature walk information when receiving post booking information. Sleeping ten comfortably, the en-suite master and double bedrooms with king and queen size beds, have private access to our beautiful pool. The three additional twin bedrooms with full bathroom and shower, access the pool via the high vaulted ceiling lounge. The open floor-plan lounge kitchen, breakfast nook, and formal dining room creates a very spacious luxurious atmosphere. Ceiling fans are included in the lounge, master bedroom, and pool patio. The entire villa is fully air conditioned. There is a large surround sound television, cd, tape, radio stereo, and dvd/video player with additional cable sets in every bedroom. There are extra pillows, blankets, sheets, towels, and beach towels. The kitchen has a double side by side fridge/freeze with automatic ice maker, large micro wave, large cooker with grill, automatic sink disposal, automatic coffee maker, kettle, carving knives, dishes, cutlery, pots/pans, toaster, iron & board. Access to the double car garage is via the washer and dryer utility room. Everything you would have at home. Our pool patio has an excellent compliment of patio furniture to include; 4 large lounge chairs and round patio table with 4 patio table chairs. Our pool and patio is positioned South South East and has direct sunlight all day long. Local calls on the cordless telephone are free. There is a secure valubles floor safe and broadband modem/router located in the master bedroom. wireless hotspots are located in the resort restaurant/lounge and the near by shopping centre. The new shopping centre, a two minute drive or fifteen minute walk, hosts a Publix super market, banks, post office, medical facilities, shops, and lots of great new licensed restaurants, Applebee's, A sports bar, English pub, pizza, Chinese, delicatessen, and more. Walt Disney World, Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Animal Kingdom, Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach, Downtown Disney, Pleasure Island, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Gatorland, Florida Mall, Discount Designer Shopping Centres are all within a ten to fifteen minute drive. Wal-mart and additional shopping facilities, a ten minute drive. Fifteen minutes south on hi-way 27 to more excellent family licensed restaurants east and west of hi-way 4. Our villa is located in a quiet residential community one mile off hi-way 27, 3-miles south from hi-way 192 & four miles north from hi-way 4 in Highlands Reserve, Davenport, just west of Kissimmee. Tampa/Clearwater beaches and all three airports Orlando International, Sanford, and Tampa is less than an hours drive. Daily rate may include pool heat (£10.00 per day) if required Special rates for Christmas, New Years, Easter, and the 4th of July.
