Enjoy the white sandy beach and beautiful sunsets of Bonita Beach. The condo unit is located in building 5 and on the 2nd floor. There are 2 full size beds, a pull out sleeper with a full kitchen, cable tv, screened in lanai. The building has elevators and stairs and also located on the bottom floor of the building are laundry facilities. The grounds of the complex are beautifully maintained with refinished courtyards and building renovations done within the past 2 years. The complex has its own full service restaurant located in building 1 along with 2 heated swimming pools, a kiddie pool, shuffleboard, bocce ball courts, horseshoes and 10 Har-Tru clay tennis courts. Everything you need for an enjoyable getaway. Located across the street on Bonita Beach is the famous Doc's restaurant which serves sandwiches, burgers and pizza for a reasonable price and it's a great place to have dinner and watch the sunset. If you're not looking to drive up to Ft. Myers beach you can take the trolley that you pick up right outside of building 1. The trolley is only .25 cents and you can take it all the way to Ft. Myers beach or stop along the way to do some shopping or grab a quick bite to eat. Naples is only about 20 minutes south of the complex. There you can enjoy the beautiful peaceful beach and fishing pier, do some shopping in the downtown area or just grab a bite to eat. Shopping malls, tons of restaurants, cinemas and so much more are all right here in beautiful Southwest Florida. Florida's Southwest Regional Airport (RSW) is only 25 minutes away.
