SquareTrade Travel Verified 028772579630 Travel Terms and Conditions Auction Includes the Following: Coach class round-trip airfare for one from the continental U.S. to any destination in the world serviced by United Airlines Travel will be booked via a designated Orbitz booking contact via the official Booking Request Form which will be emailed to auction winner within 72 hours of receipt of payment. Airline Ticket: Airline ticket valid on United airlines only (code-share airline partners not permitted). Travel must originate in the continental U.S. and connecting flights may be necessary. A Saturday night stayover is required. Airline Ticket must be booked via Orbitz with a minimum of twenty-one (21) days’ advance purchase. Airline Ticket booking is subject to availability. All travel must be completed by October 31, 2008. Ticket includes airfare, US passenger facility charges, US flight segment taxes, September 11th Security Fee, applicable fuel surcharges, and additional taxes/fees associated with International itineraries. Individual passenger shall be responsible for all payments of excess baggage charges, upgrades, and any other charges incurred after the issuance of Airline Ticket. Once Airline Ticket has been issued, it is non-refundable in cash and shall not be re-bartered, sold, endorsed, exchanged, transferred or in any other manner modified by the individual to whom such Airline Ticket is issued or by anyone on behalf of the individual to whom issued. ABSOLUTELY NO CHANGES can be made by the Orbitz booking agent once the ticket has been issued. Frequent flyer miles do not accrue for this flight. You will receive your e-ticket within 7 business days, provided your information is received in full and there is availability. If there is no availability for the dates and time frame you have requested, we will return your Booking Request and ask you to resubmit with revised information.
