Disney - 5 BR Lake Home with Pool & Hot Tub!!! Come share the magic of Disney World© and all the other exciting attractions in the Orlando area. Don't get stuck staying on Disney property paying as much for a small hotel room as you will to rent a 5 bedroom deluxe vacation home with its own private, screened-in pool & hot tub. This home is located just a short drive from the Disney World resort as well as Sea World and Universal Studios and all of the Orlando Area Attractions. The base price for this home is $99/night and does not include the pool and hot tub heating or the taxes. This means a 7 night stay @ $99.00/night equals $693.00 for the 7 nights + Pool & Hot Tub heating of $150 + taxes (7% Sales Tax & 6% Tourist Tax) of $109.59 for an all inclusive total of $952.59. This is the base rate and some weeks require a premium and some weeks are offered at a discount. I have the weeks and the premium or discount listed in the Comments section below. Now for the details on this Wonderful Home This newer 5 bedroom/3 bathroom (2 master suites) home has everything you could want. The home has oversized pool/spa and deck area backing up to a lake with southern exposure for maximum sunlight. The home is furnished with everything you will need for your vacation. There are even outdoor speakers in the pool area and Free High Speed internet access!!! This home is located in Lake Berkley Resort the premier short term rental community in the Disney Area. It is very conveniently located close to everything yet when you walk around the neighborhood you would think you are in the middle of nowhere. Besides all the amenities offered at my home the neighborhood offers a gated & guarded entrance, lake with sandy beach area, beach volleyball, tennis court, community pool, clubhouse, work out facility (with treadmill, stair climber, stationary bike and nautilus equipment – all brand new), children’s play area, fishing pier, etc., etc. You couldn't ask for anything more!! This 5 bedroom home features a master bedroom with king size bed and large bathroom with separate tub and shower and large walk-in closet. The master also has a 25" TV. Two additional bedrooms have queen size beds one with an attached bathroom (2nd Master) both of these bedrooms also have a TV. The 4th bedroom offers two twin beds which can be pulled together or can stay apart and the 5th bedroom offers a Bunkbed with a Full size mattress on the bottom and a twin size mattress on the top. This room also has a 19" TV & VCR and can be used as a TV room (often used as a kids TV room). The great room also features a queen size pullout sofa bed as well as a 32" TV, DVD/VCR and CD/Stereo system. The home also has High-Speed Internet via wireless or Ethernet. The large dining room has a table which seats 8 and the kitchen provides seating for 4 more. The pool area provides an oversize pool and plenty of space for activities along with a hot tub. When I say Hot Tub this means it can be heated to 104 degrees like you would expect a hot tub or spa to be. More than half of the homes advertised with Jacuzzi or Spa only heat the temperature to the same level as the pool. Make sure you are getting a Hot Tub and not a Spa or Jacuzzi or Whirlpool if you want a warm/hot place to relax. The stereo from the great room also has outdoor speakers in the pool area so you can enjoy the stereo while out by the pool. The pool faces south (South facing is extremely important in the winter months as the sun is so low in the sky if you are not South facing your pool deck can be shaded by the house for a major portion of the day). The home and pool overlook a large pond so you are not backing up to another pool or house, and naturally you are close to Disney and all the other attractions Orlando has to offer.
