This quality villa is situated on a quiet child safe cul-de-sac that backs on to a conservation area. Located in Clermont, the home is only 12 minutes to Disney World, 20 minutes to Sea World, 25 minutes to Universal Studios, 30 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and just over an hour from both coasts. Shopping and Restaurants galore are minutes away. For the golf lover there are over 20 courses within a half hour radius. YOUR VACATION VILLA AMENITIES Your air conditioned 2,000 sq. ft. single story Vacation Villa has 4 bedrooms and sleeps up to 10 people. Master Bedroom: has a king sized bed and a ensuite bathroom featuring a seperate bath and shower. There is a color TV with full cable as well as ample storage space in the walk-in closet. 2nd Bedroom: has an ensuite bathroom with combination tub and shower it features a queen sized bed and closet. 3rd & 4th Bedrooms: each have a set of twin beds, closet and a stand-up bureau. Kitchen: is fully equipped with stove, microwave, refrigerator w/ice maker, dish washer, blender, coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils, eating utensils, plates, cups and glasses. Eatin Kitchen Area: There is a table with chairs and seats 4 people. Dining Area: There is a seperate dinning room with a table and seating for 6 people. Family Room: has a queen size sofa bed and an extra comfy couch along with a comfy chair. There is a color TV w/full cable and combo DVD/VHS machine for your use. It also has patio doors that lead out to the pool area. Living Room : Has a sofa, love seat, chair, and Color TV. Game Room: There is a game room located in the garage with table tennis and fusball table. Laundry Room: Has both washer and dryer. Pool Deck: is fully screened.
