Spend 5 nights at the fabulous Disney Vacation Club at Boardwalk Villas This auction is for a 5 night stay in a STANDARD VIEW STUDIO. The winning bidder will receive the following reservation: Check in on Sunday, June 15, 2008 Check out on Friday, June 20, 2008 The maximum occupancy for the studio is 4 people. Sorry, NO pets. The studio comes equipped with: Queen bed Double-size sleeper sofa Undercounter refrigerator Coffee maker Toaster Microwave This is a timeshare reservation -- daily housekeeping is not included. One mid-stay trash pick up and towel exchange is included. Additional services can be arranged at check in for a fee. Disney Boardwalk Villas amenities include a great swimming pool and water slide, gift shop that carries food items, restaurants such as the Flying Fish, ESPN Zone, Spoodles, etc., shopping, and fitness center. It's a short walk along the Boardwalk to Beaches and Cream ice cream parlor. Guests at the Boardwalk Villas can use the Disney bus tranportation system to the theme park areas and Downtown Disney. Complimentary ferry transportation is available to MGM and Epcot. Or you can walk to Epcot or MGM. Guests at Boardwalk Villas can also use Magical Express (complimentary transportation) from the Orlando airport to/from Boardwalk Villas. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: This auction is for a 5 night rental, Sunday to Thursday nights only. The dates for this auction can not be changed. Other dates may be reserved, however they are SUBJECT to AVAILABILITY. Other limited dates are possible for studio units, but you must contact me prior to bidding for more information and availability. If you need other travel dates, you must contact me prior to bidding so that I can check on availabilty for your travel dates. Holiday periods, (i.e. Dec 19 - 31) are not available. No requests can be accomodated for a Friday or Saturday night. No requests for 6 or 7 night rentals can be accomodated since that includes a Friday and/or Saturday night. Studio units only. No April dates are available. Disney's Boardwalk Villas is one of the most popular destinations for the Disney Vacation Club and fill quickly, but contact me to see if your vacation dates are available. PayPal payment is due after auction end. The winning bidder must contact the seller at auction end and provide the names of all of the occupants (Maximum occupancy is 4 people). Disney requires the names of all occupants for the reservation and the ages of children. They will provide each member of your party with your own "Key to the World" card when you check in. The winning bidder's mailing address and telephone contact number is also requested. After payment is received, the reservation confirmation number will be provided to the buyer.
