You may book up to a year in advance, possibly more. Accommodations are based on availability so you should be flexible with your dates. Reservations require 21-days advance notice. Hotel is subject to change based on availability and the time of travel. Dates near holidays and during major conventions are usually not available. Check-in is 7 days a week. At the time of booking your reservations a $100 refundable credit card deposit is required (CA residents only pay a $50 refundable deposit) and is paid to the travel center that will book the reservations. The deposit will be refunded upon check-in automatically to the same credit card used to make the deposit. This offer is for hotel accommodations only and does not include transportation, parking fees, airfare, room taxes of between $12-$16 per night, meals and any other miscellaneous expenses. This offer is not valid for group travel. No pets allowed. Additional nights and/or occupants may travel for a surcharge and is determined at the time of booking reservations.
