Paypal When using paypal to pay for an auction, the address provided must be confirmed by paypal. If for whatever reason the confirmed paypal address is not used as the shipping address, the following information must be provided. The correct billing address, as well as three phone numbers if possible, with one being a land line connected to the billing address. You may send this information along with an explanation as to why you do not wish to ship the tickets to your confirmed address to our email address. We will then be able to ship the tickets out to the address requested. Ticket Prices Due to the cost of securing tickets along with the service that is provided, all seats are sold at above face value. Prices quoted include a service charge over the face value. For seats to very popular events, the service charge can be several times the face value. All prices are guaranteed at the time the order is confirmed* . Unconfirmed Address We ship to paypal confirmed addresses. If you would like to have the tickets shipped to an alternative address the following applies. We need the billing address of the credit card on file with paypal. We also need three phone number, with one being a land line. You must contact us to confirm the change in address, or we will not be able to process your order. Weather Postponements or cancellations of events due to weather conditions are beyond the control of StubWorld, Inc. If your event is more than 2 weeks from when the auction ended, we need payment or contact by 10am on the next business day. Typographical Errors In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, StubWorld, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Pick-Up or Will-Call If your tickets need to be picked up at the Box Office or other designated location, we require you to complete and fax or scan to us a credit card authorization form along with legible copies of your driver's license and the credit card (front and back) that was used. This is done to protect both of us against fraudulent use.
