The winner of this auction will receive a gift certificate that entitles the bearer to 2 Round Trip Economy Class Tickets on Star Alliance Member airline (you choose the airline) to between any two destination in North America. You may take off from almost any USA or Canada gateway and fly to almost any other destination of your choice in USA or Canada. Of course you will be tired when you arrive so we are also going to give you $300 CDN to be used towards your hotel stay. Naturally you'll also be hungry when you arrive so we're also going to give you $200 to use towards a meal at a restaurant. Of course we don't know in which city you will be so we'll leave the hotel and restaurant reservations up to you. And since we don't know where you'll be flying, even the airline you'll be flying on is yet to be decided! The two Economy Class airline tickets are for any destination in North America including the sun destinations (i.e. Mexico, Caribbean & Hawaii). Please note that the redemption of this certificate will be arranged through the Starlight Starbright Children's Foundation Canada office in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Please follow the instructions on the certificate in order to redeem the certificate and receive your airline tickets. There are no stated restrictions on the use of these tickets to any destination in the World other than you must redeem use your tickets before December 31, 2010. These tickets do NOT have any blackout dates, but are subject to space availability and flight schedules. Travel must be used as a roundtrip. Both people must travel at the same time. There are some restrictions on which airline these tickets will be on so if you have any questions please contact us BEFORE bidding. The airline must be a Star Alliance member airline. At no time will Starlight Starbright Children's Foundation Canada, AuctionJAM Inc, or the airline be liable for non-redeemed certificates/vouchers/tickets or due to changes in airline terms, policies, conditions, or offerings. Please note: These tickets are being provided through Starlight Starbright Children's Foundation Canada. All standard airline policies, terms, and conditions apply. Complimentary travel must be on the designated airlines only, with two people traveling on the same itinerary. Travel is subject to availability at the time of reservations and will not accumulate points in the airline's program for frequent travelers. Once tickets have been issued, a change fee may apply per person for each re-issuance of your tickets (payable to the airline). A Travel Agent may not be used in booking flight arrangements, and reservations must not be made via the airline's website. Airfare tickets must be booked through Starlight Starbright Children's Foundation Canada. The certificate has no cash value, is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be extended, sold or redeemed for cash or other services not described in this letter. All applicable airport taxes and other official charges are payable by you. You are also responsible for any income or other taxes that may apply. Unless indicated otherwise, reservations may not be changed after tickets have been issued by the airline. Certificates are extremely valuable and are not replaceable if lost, mutilated or stolen. Passenger is responsible for any income taxes that may apply. When not paid by the airline, taxes, fuel surcharge, and fees may apply. The actual amount will vary according to your gateway and destination. With fuel costs at record levels, fuel surcharges may be significant. However, the fuel surcharges assessed are the same amounts paid by all passengers. As we will be unable to purchase gift certificates for the hotel and meal parts of this auction item, Starlight Starbright Children's Foundation Canada will apply $500 against your high bid amount and deduct it from your payment due upon end of auction. 100% of net proceeds from this auction supports Starlight Starbright Children's Foundation Canada.
